About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Strategic Account Manager with administration and client workflow
• Run reports, check stock, and monitor project timelines
• Deliver clear, accurate, and timely information to clients

• Update client pricing and product information on the company website
• Prepare quotes and respond to customer enquiries
• Maintain strong and effective working relationships

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience in account management, particularly across major accounts
• Knowledge of SEO and PPC
• Proven ability to build positive client and colleague relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Highly organised, adaptable, and reliable
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in printing, apparel, promotional, or product sourcing industries (advantageous)
• 5-10 years experience (Preferred)
