About the role
Estia Health Grovedale is located 8 kms south of the Geelong CBD and is 84 kms from Melbourne. Our home is quietly nestled just off the Surf Coast Highway / Torquay Road, and is only a short drive from Geelong’s Waurn Ponds shopping precinct and other local amenities. While all applicants are welcome, candidates who live within a reasonable distance of Grovedale may find commuting and shift attendance easier, particularly for early starts or late finishes.
We have exciting opportunities for experienced Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis, working a range of morning, afternoon and evening/overnight shifts.

- Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.
You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:
- A certificate III or IV in Aged Care *mandatory
- Experience as a Carer within a Residential Aged Care home
- Ability to work a variety of days and shifts
- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
