Your New Role

As Store Manager of the Green Hills location you will be the driving force behind one of the busiest stores in the region. You will take ownership of everything from the sales floor to the stockroom creating a space where your team feels inspired and your customers walk out looking and feeling their best. You will be hands-on setting the tone for service, style and energy while making sure the store hits its numbers and runs smoothly day to day.

Experience Checklist

• Previous store management experience in apparel, footwear or lifestyle retail
• A proven ability to drive sales, smash KPIs and lift team performance
• Strong people leadership with a focus on mentoring and succession planning
• Confidence in stock flow, visual merchandising and operational standards
• A genuine passion for fashion and an ability to connect with a trend-conscious customer base
