- 10+ years’ Pega experience, including 5+ years as an LSA in client‑facing roles
- Proven success delivering large‑scale Pega solutions in complex environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of DevOps, Agile delivery, and enterprise integration patterns
- A passion for mentoring and building capability within teams
- Excellent communication skills — confident with both executives and delivery teams
- Additional certifications (e.g., Pega Government Platform, Pega Express Delivery)
- Experience with Constellation UI, App Studio, or low‑code enablement
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
