What You Bring

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) — essential
• 10+ years’ Pega experience, including 5+ years as an LSA in client‑facing roles
• Proven success delivering large‑scale Pega solutions in complex environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Solid understanding of DevOps, Agile delivery, and enterprise integration patterns
• A passion for mentoring and building capability within teams
• Excellent communication skills — confident with both executives and delivery teams
